Invitation Request
The following Invitation Request Application has been made available to accommodate players who desire to compete in the Carlton Woods Invitational who generally meet the criteria as stipulated on the "Eligibility…" page of this website.

The Carlton Woods Invitational Tournament Committee will invite selected players who submit a request to be invited that includes a golf resume of accomplishments (see "Eligibility…" page for details).

The Tournament Committee reserves the right to invite players of national and international reputation, as well as other accomplished players, to participate. Consequently, receipt of an application does not in itself constitute an invitation to the Carlton Woods Invitational. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to approve or reject any participant or applicant at any time. All Tournament Committee decisions are final.

In order for your invitation request to be considered, this application must be filled out completely and received by the Tournament Committee 30 days prior to the first round of the tournament. You will be notified as to your status via mail or email no later than 3 weeks prior to the tournament.

Please do not include any credit card data or other mode of entry fee payment as you will be notified of the manner that this is to be handled when and if you are invited.
